Take a walk on the wild side...

Winter Badass.
That is what I want my look to be this winter. Because you can wear anything and look badass as long as you have the necessary items. You'd be surprised at what you can wear and still look like a badass. It surprisingly hasn't been too cold up here yet, so I'm trying to wear the stuff I actually like as much as I can.
I've been watching lots of trend videos for winter time and I came up with a couple looks of my own on Polyvore. I haven't posted like this in a long time so I thought I would. So if you would also like to be badass this winter (yes I said badass like fifty times), keep reading.

I know they're not super winter-y, but hey, I live in California. Smiles.

Side note: Watch Lana Del Rey on SNL this week. She's amazeballs.

I wake up to your sunset...

1. Barbour jacket/ Burberry bag/ Superga wellies
2. Chanel bag/ Superga wellies
3. Topshop dress/ Chanel bag/ Chelsea boots

Here I go again about this woman named Alexa Chung.
I've blogged about her before and her amazing style. You don't hear about her a lot but when you do, it's all about her wonderful fashion sense.
Reading about Glastonbury 2011 yesterday, all I saw was Alexa Chung and her outfits. She and I somewhat share the same style because I would wear all the outfits she wore. And they are all a favorite. I can't pick one. She is perfection.
I want to go to a music festival so badly. I mean I went to Warped Tour last year and I'm going again tomorrow, which is why I thought of posting about Glastonbury, but Warped Tour is just not the same. But I know I'll enjoy it a great deal. Ever since middle school, I have wanted to see Simple Plan live (yes, I just admitted that). It's like a childhood dream come true and I can't wait. Smiles.

Two of us...

I love stylish couples...

And I especially love Katy Perry in this picture because she has the Chanel bag I want.

Let there be light...

So last night was the Academy Awards.
I usually go on and on about people's bad dresses and the few who had amazing ones.
But today, I'm going to keep it simple and pick the best dress, and my runner up.
Here I go.

Runner up:

Carey Mulligan

Prada

This girl is so cute, she could wear a dress with screws and scissors and forks on it. Also, she makes me want to cut my hair really short, since I've never had it that way before.

Best dress:

Diane Kruger

Chanel

I mean, come on. I've posted about this woman's beauty and fashion before. She is effortless. And plus, it's a Chanel dress. Need I say more?

Seeds gracefully do grow...

Summer 2008

I miss having long hair. As in super long hair.
My hair now isn't really short but I wish it could be longer. There is so much more to do with long hair. I want my hair to grow already. Dang.

Wish List:

Now I usually crave the classic black quilted Chanel two strap chain flap handbag but I recently saw Agyness Deyn carrying this Union Jack Chanel bag at a private party and I fell in love. When I was younger, I found a love for everything from England. I am something of an Anglophile. Just some things I was thinking about today.

I like you a lot lot...

First of all, I already think this woman is an absolute goddess.
But since the whirlwind which has been Inglourious Basterds, Diane Kruger has taken fashion to a whole new level. I mean I knew she was already amazing when it came to style but now I can't even describe what she is to me.
So I just thought I'd document her magnificence.

Cannes Film Festival Premiere (Marchesa)

Cannes Film Festival Photocall (Vintage)

Berlin Premiere (Herve Leger by Max Azria)

Sydney Premiere (Marchesa)

London Premiere (Balmain)

Late Show with David Letterman (Chanel)

Los Angeles Premiere (Atelier Versace)

She looked amazing at the Los Angeles Premiere which is why it is my personal favorite.
Her dress, a risky one, her shoes, minimal accessories and hair, and just the way she carries herself makes the outfit.
It is no wonder Joshua Jackson is in love with her.
